By law, you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a refund or exchange the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unwashed and unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase – usually the order number.
To initiate a return, you can contact us by e-mail: email@example.com or simply fill out the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM and pack it together with the item you are returning or exchanging. Send to our address from the CONTACT section. Items sent to us without a completed form will not be accepted.
When returning an item, you are responsible for the shipping costs, unless there is a shipping error on our part or the product is damaged, in which case COZY STUDIO will cover the shipping costs.
In case you receive the wrong model, color or model size, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org , and we will deliver the desired item to you as soon as possible. When we send the package outside of Serbia, the deadline is from 10 to 20 working days.
If you don’t like the way the product looks, or you think that another size would suit you better, you can exchange it within 14 working days after receiving the goods. Just fill out the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM and pack it together with the item you are exchanging. Be sure to fill in what you are exchanging and for which item (check beforehand if it is available on our online store). You send the replacement product and the Form to our address in the CONTACT section. You bear the costs of shipping the product.
In case you want to return the item, and request a refund, just fill out the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM and pack it together with the item you are returning. Be sure to enter the account number to which you want us to pay you. Send to our address from the CONTACT section. upon receipt of your package, you will be notified whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive your money back within 5 working days. You bear the costs of shipping the product.
Although we try to keep the number of errors as low as possible, and to carefully inspect all items when sending, an error can still happen, because whoever does it makes mistakes. 🙂
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
COZY STUDIO will not be responsible for any errors or damage to goods caused by postal services or delivery, but we will do our best to accommodate you in any way possible.
You cannot return a washed and worn wardrobe for a refund, but if a defect occurs on the product within the first six months of purchase, and it is not your fault, we will be happy to exchange it for another one.
Follow the care and washing instructions found on the inside label of the product, and do not dry any product in the tumble dryer, because in addition to deforming them, you are significantly harming the environment because dryers emit up to 10 times more CO2 into the atmosphere than washing machines. washing, thereby increasing global warming.
